What is the importance of Palm Sunday? It is the beginning of Holy Week, when Jesus would travel for the last time to Jerusalem for the Passover. During this week, Jesus would experience the entire array of emotions which a human could endure, ultimately leading Him to the cross. This week begins with Jesus' triumphant entrance into the holy city and ends with his crucifixion and resurrection.
